About Us
The Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps is a federally sponsored program that integrates character development, citizenship, and service into a structured class environment led by retired military personnel. Cadets learn critical life skills such as effective communication, time management, and goal-setting, all while maintaining a focus on academic excellence and preparing to become the leaders of tomorrow.
The Patriot Battalion at Francis Lewis High School is one of the nation’s largest Army JROTC programs, offering a diverse range of teams and activities that foster teamwork and discipline. From Academic Team to Fitness Team, cadets can explore their interests in a collaborative and empowering environment.
